Zuid
Holistic massage from Hoograven, Lunetten and Rotsoord
From Zuid, whether it's Hoograven, Lunetten, Rotsoord or Tolsteeg, it's about 10 minutes by bike to The Ease Room on the Vondellaan. Over the Vaartsche Rijn and you're here. Seriously close, no excuses.
Zuid is full of young families, creative entrepreneurs in Rotsoord, and people commuting in and out via Utrecht Centraal. Lots of plates spinning, not much time for long pauses. That's why I offer 45, 60 and 80-minute treatments — pick what actually fits.
Zuid
~10 minutes by bike

Zuid is surprisingly varied: Lunetten has the 19th-century forts of the New Dutch Water Line (the district is literally named after them), Rotsoord has become a creative hotspot around the Pastoefabriek, and Hoograven offers that welcome residential calm.
From Hoograven or Tolsteeg 8-10 minutes by bike. Lunetten about 12 minutes, and Rotsoord only 5 minutes away. By car 5-10 minutes via 't Goylaan or Waterlinieweg. Free parking at the door.

Yes, about 5 minutes by bike. The Vaartsche Rijn canal runs past both, so it's literally the same water-axis.
