Lunetten
Holistic massage a short distance from Lunetten
Lunetten to my practice is no ordeal: 15 minutes by bike via Oud-Hoograven or 7 minutes by car via the 't Goylaan. Out of the Lunetten underpasses, briefly into the city, and you're on the table. Car is fast, bike is nicer — your call.
Lunetten is affectionately called 'the village in the city', and that fits the people here too: down-to-earth, hardworking, often juggling family and demanding jobs. That combination of desk shoulders and after-school chaos is exactly where holistic massage earns its keep.
Lunetten
~15 minutes by bike or ~7 by car

Lunetten is named after the four 19th-century forts — Lunetten I to IV — built as part of the New Dutch Water Line. Those forts are still here, now restored and open to the public. The neighbourhood itself was built in the 1970s-80s following the 'cauliflower' principle: dead-end streets clustered around little squares, everyone knows their neighbours. More green per square metre than just about any district in Utrecht.
By bike 12 to 15 minutes via Oud-Hoograven and the Vaartsche Rijn. By car 7 minutes via the 't Goylaan or Waterlinieweg. Station Lunetten is about 10 minutes total via Utrecht Centraal. Free parking at the door.
