Please arrive about 5 minutes before your appointment. You'll be welcomed in a calm, relaxing treatment room at the Vondellaan in Utrecht Zuidwest. Free parking is available right outside the door.
For your first visit, Paula will take a few minutes for a short conversation. She'll ask about any areas of tension, medical considerations, and what you'd like from the session.
You undress to your comfort level. During the massage, Paula combines holistic, classic and deep tissue techniques, fully tailored to your body. You can always speak up about pressure.
After the treatment, there's no rush. Take a moment to ease back. Paula may share some aftercare tips if relevant. Remember to drink plenty of water afterwards.
Free parking right outside the door at Vondellaan 84-B. Let us know when booking if you're coming by car, and Paula will reserve a spot.
