    Massage from Utrecht

For a lot of people who live or work in Utrecht, a massage isn't just a nice afternoon — it's the maintenance you need to keep up with the city. Utrecht is compact, busy, and constantly in motion: bike commuters along the Vaartsche Rijn, students at the Drift, IT folk on the Science Park. The Ease Room sits in the middle of all that on the Vondellaan in Zuidwest, deliberately quiet — a place where you don't have to be 'on' for an hour. No precious spa styling, no scripts, just a soft room, an honest intake and hands that listen.

Utrechters tend to keep going hard. Whether you commute to Den Haag or Amsterdam, run your own thing on the Voorstraat, or work in healthcare or education — the city pumps you full of input. Eventually you feel it in your neck, your breath or your sleep. A holistic massage isn't the cure for everything, but it is the place where your system gets to recalibrate to the right speed.

    Tip from Utrecht

Booking around sunset? Take a short stroll along the Merwede canal afterwards — two minutes from the Vondellaan, one of the quietest places to exhale Utrecht after work.

    About Utrecht

Utrecht Zuidwest is one of the most underrated parts of the city. To the south you have Park Transwijk (seventeen hectares of green), to the north the Merwede canal with its remarkable sunsets, and Julianapark, one of Utrecht's oldest 'volksparken' (1923), is a two-minute walk from the practice. Quietly breathing on a bench before or after your massage is, for me, just part of the visit.

    How to Get Here

The practice is at Vondellaan 84-B in Bedrijvencentrum Rudolf Magnus, in Zuidwest. From the city centre (Domplein) it's about ten minutes by bike via the Catharijnesingel and Croeselaan. From Utrecht Centraal you can take bus 28 to Vondellaan/Rijnlaan (seven minutes) or bike straight here. Coming by car: free parking right at the door on reservation, no fighting with city garages or circling for a spot.
